This was my first home buying experience, and to say I was a little nervous about the whole thing is an understatement. I knew I needed to be working with a realtor that would understand my personality (which can sometimes be a bit neurotic), and I could not have found a better person than Jennings. She not only made the whole process a lot less scary, but made it fun. At first I felt uneasy when I would tell her that a particular house just didn't do it for me. I wanted this house to be one that I would really love. I didn't want to settle. She understood what I was hoping for, and in the end, I got that dream house. I still have to pinch myself every so often to make sure it's for real.

Jennings was there for every single step of the process, and I never once felt like I was taking anything on by myself. From helping with the lender to setting things up with an absolutely amazing home inspector, to handling all of the paperwork... I could go on and on. There are some pretty awesome people in this world, and Jennings (or Jenny, or J, as she informed me I could call her) is definitely one of them. Just talk to her, and you'll understand what I mean pretty quickly.

We wanted to take a moment to write a letter of recommendation for our wonderful real estate agent, Jennings. She really went above and beyond our expectations of what a real estate agent should do when selling a home. I called her about six months prior to actually listing our house. She kept in communication with us the entire time, even keeping a file on the house and emailing us of new comparable listings in our neighborhood. She never once pressured us to sign or commit to anything in writing.

Jennings really earned her bread and butter once our renters moved out and we wanted to hustle and get our house listed by the end of June (it was May). She basically acted as our Project Manager, being the main point of contact and meeting with contractors and other subs for us. This was an invaluable service for us because we live in Anacortes and couldn't be on-site as much as we wanted to be. Her contacts were reliable and did great work. Jennings arranged to have our house staged and hired a professional photographer who took fantastic photos to go with our listing.

I am happy to say that the house sold for well above what we thought it was worth. We would highly recommend Jennings to anyone who wants to list their house for sale.
